dreams good piano

Cool spin on the melody and chords, it's almost not a remix lol.

It's a pretty well made song. But everything is really loud so nothing is clear or dynamic sounding. I can hear a limiter making some things quieter when there's too many sounds going on. You can see it from the waveform: it's a sausage with every sound squashed together. Pay attention to volume of every sound and your music will get 10x better, seriously. Good job

Omg is it actually you Soutfast?! Thank you so much, and yeah, I should pay attention to the volume's level

Old school F-777? But this isn't handsup :P
This one is way too heavy on the high frequencies for my taste. That aside, interesting and catchy melody as always.

F-777 responds:

Oh the hands up REALL olschool! ahaha! Thanks for the awesome review! my new stuff coming doesn't have as many issues w the highs as before :D.

it's camellia what else can i say

Sounds like the ending screen for a game. Or the main menu theme. Either way it gives a "thanks for playing" vibe. The off tune notes in the middle part feel very weird, I don't think they fit that well.

I suggest "Fin" for the title since you're French as well ;)

The song is just way too compressed, I don't know what happened in mastering but your sounds seriously need some room to breathe.

But anyway I love the neuro sound you have here, I feel badass when listening to it.

You have the same melody during the whole track (except for like 10 seconds in the middle) - I would've liked some more variety. Also I think the song sounds a bit messy like there's too much going on sometimes. It might be because of the constant snare drums at some parts or maybe because the synths didn't fit that well together imo.

Bit too overwhelming kick and snare in the drops imo. Really interesting spacey bass patterns, I like them a lot. I especially enjoyed the epic brass part starting at 02:59, although the hard dubsteppy drums didn't fit that well.

Do you arrange all drums in the playlist using audio clips? Seems a bit unusual to me :p

Xtrullor responds:

More control over individual drum hits, so yes.

Very dirty skrillex bass

ehh
